Cancellations:
- All cancellations will incur a 10% deduction as transactional fees.
- Reach out to us at info@kasmah.com, and we will respond within 24 working hours.
- For cancellations after dispatch, kindly let us know the reason for cancellation and refuse delivery when the courier partner attempts to deliver your package.
- Once the shipment status is updated as “Return to Origin (RTO) initiated”, we will process your cancellation and initiate a refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase within 5-7 business days.
Replacements for Damaged Products:
At KASMAH, we prioritize quality control and secure packaging for every order. However, in rare instances of damage during transit or manufacturing defects, we are here to assist you.
- Contact us at info@kasmah.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share clear photos and videos of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping label on the box
- The invoice slip inside the box
- After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
Conditions eligible for replacements:
- Water damage to the packaging
- Tampered or broken seal on the product jar/pouch
- Broken jar or torn pouch
Replacements for Order Mismatch or Missing Items:
Every order at KASMAH undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event of receiving an incorrect product or missing items, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@kasmah.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide clear photos and videos of:
- The received items
- The shipping label on the box
- The invoice slip inside the box
- Once verified, we will either replace the product or process a refund.
Returns:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products delivered without damage or defects.
