Shipping
At Kasmah, we offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of Rs. 999 and above.
We exclusively partner with reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post to ensure your order reaches you safely. Kasmah is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies, Speed Post, or factors beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to ensure timely delivery as per the estimated time mentioned in your order confirmation.
In the event that delivery is not possible due to reasons beyond our control (such as poor courier services in your area, inaccessibility of delivery zones, or force majeure events), we will inform you immediately and cancel your order, offering a complete refund.
Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a 10% deduction as a transaction fee. If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, kindly refuse the order when the delivery attempt is made. Once the delivery partner updates the shipment status to “RTO (Return to origin) initiated,” we will proceed with the cancellation and initiate the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment account within 5 to 7 business days.
Returns Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our shipments, which undergo two levels of packaging and inspection before dispatch. However, in the rare case that damage occurs, we offer the following replacement policy:
Kasmah provides a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.
To qualify for a replacement, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic and video evidence showing the defect, the package, its contents, shipping label, and the invoice slip.
If the item you returned is out of stock, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment account within 5 to 7 business days.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
